With only five months to launch, we were brought in by Westfield to devise the internal wayfinding strategy and communication graphics for the company’s flagship £1.6bn retail and leisure destination in West London. 3D structures had already been designed; our brief was to create information graphics that would complement Pearson Lloyd’s organic Corian totems.
Over the five months our involvement mushroomed to include mapping, car park wayfinding and supergraphics – more than 250 graphic information signs in total.
