Every brief is unique and we adapt our process to meet its requirements. We start by undertaking a process of discovery, and then plan a strategy that delivers the requirements. We use all of our experience and design learning to imagine a concept and design that delivers to the aspirations and brief. Finally we ensure that the vision is realised and then monitor its development and maintenance.

Mapping is central to our core wayfinding projects and every place has its own challenges. This leads to unique solutions; whether that is a circular whole-city map (Bath) or a linear walking grid (Romford).
