We have been appointed to design campus signage and the information system for Newcastle University through to implementation of a family of signage products.

fwdesign is creating a comprehensive wayfinding solution for the University, highlighting its connection to the wider city centre context.

The project will focus on providing a whole journey experience, addressing the user journey from home, into the city, then to the University and beyond to its satellite campus’.

To facilitate this seamless journey, the existing city map is being used as a base and will be modified to accommodate University and journey specific information. The project will support a multi-channel approach, including hand-held leaflets and digital aspects and on-site wayfinding products.
